  • Tailored consulting and direct teaching sessions for neurodiverse families seeking to learn collaborative strategies that honor each member’s styles, needs, and values. We utilize a trauma-informed, holistic approach founded in contextual behavioral science. We honor human differences and seek to meet each child and parent where they are at. We operate on the social model of disability and seek creative accommodations to increase each child’s and family’s access to what matters most to them. Parent support and educational sessions are also provided to enhance understanding of the neurodivergent lived experience.

  • Collaborative coaching services for adults who are interested in developing mindfulness skills to improve health and wellness, and understanding the interplay between our environments, thoughts, and behaviors. Mindful NS offers support specific to late-identified neurodivergent adults in designing a life more in line with their unique styles and values.

  • Parent consultation meetings offered for those interested in learning more about neurodivergence, your child’s unique profile, supportive and collaborative strategies for the home, and/or review of current behavior plans to ensure neurodivergent-affirming care.

Consultations offered to professionals working with autistic children or adults who are seeking education and/or how to ensure neurodivergent-affirming care.

  • Monthly online meet-ups for adults to share in a community based on mindfulness and healthy growth as autistic people.
