What We Offer

We offer a individualized support services to meet the needs of each client. Have questions? Please reach out and we can discuss in more detail!

  • Although each family plan is individualized to their unique situation and goals, generally services include: 1) support for the child / children in developing communication skill sets, autonomy, emotion recognition, awareness, effective coping strategies, social connections, etc.; and (2) parent education on the neurodivergent lived experience and collaboration on how to best support your child’s unique profile.

    Services are reviewed and led by a neurodivergent analyst, and focused on supporting the neurodivergent child develop skills that will help them grow into a healthy, happy, and thriving neurodivergent adult.

    Our approach: 1) assent-based- your child’s autonomy and choices are always respected and prioritized, (2) neurodivergent-affirming- we take a strength-based approach, identify necessary accommodations, focus on your child’s self-determination skills, and assist in areas that increase your child’s access to more joy and peace, (3) utilizes naturalistic/play-based teaching strategies, and (4) emphasizes parental involvement, education, and support sessions.

    Consultation/parent support sessions and direct teaching sessions are delivered either through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform or in person, decided on a case-by-case basis. At this time, direct in-home services can only be provided for those residing in the front range area of Colorado. If you are out of state, telehealth behavior consultation can be provided. Interested families can also receive remote consultation on Autism / ADHD education, behavior support, treatment plan/behavior plan reviews, and/or identifying and selecting quality, neurodivergent-affirming care.

  • Individualized coaching support is offered to adults who are interested in developing mindfulness skills to improve health and wellness, and understanding the interplay between our environments, thoughts, and behaviors. We offer specialized support to late-identified Autistic adults seeking help in creating a life more supportive to Autistic styles and needs.

    Mindful Neuro Support is not therapy or counseling. Rather, it is a supportive coaching practice that focuses on strength identification and increasing psychological flexibility (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy / DNA-V), paired with behavioral learning principles and techniques, to develop and build new skill sets that increase your opportunities to contact the things that matter most to you in life.

    Through collaboration and support, you will be guided through the components of ACT / DNA-V and use of behavior principles to engage in life how YOU want, and in ways that best support your health and wellness. In this process, you will discover your true strengths and values which will guide the development of unique, specific goals, with progress data as our guide. The strategies developed will aim to improve psychological flexibility, through mindfulness and acceptance behaviors, in order to live a more open and engaged life, while honoring and celebrating your neurotype. It will never be about changing who you are, but rather, finding acceptance for who you are and living in a way that honors your true self and values.

    Sessions are delivered remotely through a HIPAA compliant telehealth platform. Services (including mindfulness styles and strategies) and forms of communication will be tailored based on your individual needs and preferences.

  • For anyone interested in learning more about neurodivergent-affirming care, Autism, the neurodivergent lived experience, late Autism identification (“diagnosis”), the compassionate application of behavior science, parent training/early childhood support, and/or developing a mindfulness practice- please reach out and we would be happy to support!

  • Monthly online meet-ups for autistic adults to create community centered on both mindful practice and navigating life as an autistic adult. Topics will be sent prior to each meet-up. Feel safe to show up as you are, participate in ways that best fit your styles and needs, and find connection with others who get it.

Our Process

Free Consultation

Completely free- offered to answer questions and determine if we are a good match for what you are seeking. If not, we will do our best to provide referrals, options, and/or ideas that may be better suited to your needs.

Initial Assessment/Meeting

If you decide to begin services, the first step will be completing new client paperwork and a coach-client agreement. Following this, an assessment meeting will be scheduled to determine your goals and the best path forward. This can include both interview and fill-out assessment documents, as well as time to create your individualized approach/plan.

Individualized Plan

Before beginning support sessions, your tailored plan will be discussed, reviewed, and modified as you see fit. This is YOUR plan, and you are in charge. We are here to support you reach your goals.

Ongoing Support

Once the plan is agreed upon, support sessions can be scheduled. These can be planned on an ongoing or as-needed schedule. Accommodations will be made whenever possible to best fit your needs.

Why Mindfulness is the Core of What We Do

Mindfulness is a main component of our approach because it is through the pauses that mindfulness affords us in which we can open up our choices and options in how we are moving through the world. This is where transformative change can occur. Bhante Gunaratana says it best, “Mindfulness gives us time. Time gives us choices. Choices, skillfully made, lead to freedom.” By improving our mindfulness skill set, we get better at noticing what is happening within our bodies and within our minds in the present moment. When we create this space, we can then make skillful decisions in how we move forward given the context we are presently in, rather than limiting ourselves by repeating ineffective or harmful repertoires that result from unhelpful thoughts and rigid rules we have created for ourselves, or that have been imposed upon us.
